Important note: The Holiday Inn has informed us that the "Stratford A Ballroom" is available and they have offered to let us swap rooms for no extra charge. This new room is much larger affording us more room to move around. It has a higher ceiling with better acoustics. The Stratford room is closer to the main entrance, the restaurant/bar and the kitchen. This means less walking for us and the wait staff.
Saturday afternoon and evening are reserved for our 60 Year Reunion at the Holiday Inn, 150 S. Gary Ave, Carol Stream. If you need a room reservation, the Holiday Inn front desk is holding a block of rooms at a discounted rate until September 7th. Call them direct at 630-665-3000 and ask for the WeGo 1963 Reunion discount using code WE6.
Earlier this year, you completed a survey and specified your meal preference(s). Most of you wanted beef but several of you preferred chicken and very few opted for fish. In an effort to keep everyone happy, the Holiday Inn will provide us with a choice of Beef/Chicken combo OR Salmon. If you (and/or your guest) want the salmon, you must Contact Us BEFORE September 20, so the chef will know how many to prepare. Don't worry about what you specified on the survey; this is your chance to change your mind or to reconfirm you still want fish.
Our schedule for the reunion is as follows:
